Delivery takes 2-7 business days depending on the delivery option you choose. We use Pep-paxi and Courier guy to courier units. Uber Package option is also available for customers within Durban.

To initiate an exchange, customer must contact us within 72 hours of receiving package. Customer must provide item(s) they wish to exchange in the same condition they received it in - no cut lace, no products on wig & should be in the same packaging (hair net etc). Adorn Hair Boutique unfortunately does not allow refunds.
